Now you can automatically send a message from e-automate's Service Call Dispatching to the wireless device of your choice! Any standard e-mail enabled device such as PAGERS, CELL PHONES, PDA's (i.e.: Palm Pilot, etc.), or LAPTOP COMPUTERS can be used by your field organization. Dispatch a call to a technician or deliver a HOT LEAD to a sales representative - right from your e-automate system. If the device is "two way", the field person can send a text message back to the office or another field person.

  • Provides ability to send a text message to any e-mail enabled device including: pagers, cell phones, PDA's, and laptop computers.
  • Sends relevant information in the message including: Recipient, Sender, Message Subject, and Message body
  • Provides the ability to "break up messages if the total length exceeds the individual device
