Training Policies & Registration
Academy Policies
- Customers not on an Academy Training plan are required to have a credit card for web course registration and payment.
- A credit card is required for Gold course registration to account for late cancellation.
- Registered participants for Gold Academy courses that cancel within 16 days of the course start date are assessed a $100 cancellation fee per cancelled participant.
- Registered participants for Gold Academy courses that do not show up for the class in which they are registered are assessed a $300 no show fee. This fee covers non recoverable expenses incurred for classroom materials and computer rental.
- Digital Gateway Academy Instructors and Customer Care Representatives do not provide software or hardware assistance for non-Digital Gateway provided laptops at Gold regional training courses.
- Personal laptops brought to regional training must comply with Regional Training Laptop requirements. Click here for requirements. Click here for Getting Started and here for e-automate System Requirements.
- All courses must be paid for with a credit card or be covered under a current training plan.
- If fewer than two clients are signed up for the course, Digital Gateway reserves the right to offer remote electronic training sessions in lieu of the on-site course.
- Digital Gateway Academy Training plan holders have priority registration.
Academy Course Registration
Digital Gateway offers a variety of online and instructor led courses every month. See the Academy Training Calendars for instructor led
courses. and the online courses. To register for a course, contact the Training Registrar at 866-DGateway (342.8392) option 3 or email
train@digitalgateway.com.
- You can register for any Academy course by email if you have a credit card on file with Digital Gateway.
- Customers without credit cards on file are required to register by phone.
- Once registered for all courses, you will receive an email confirming your registrations, the course date, and time.
- Web course attendees receive an email the day before the course, outlining instructions for the conference call, course password, and course login.
- Instructor led course attendees, approximately one month prior to the course start date receive an email containing lodging suggestions, maps, and a course agenda.
- Platinum courses are scheduled via email.

(ATL) is the closest to the training facility in Duluth, GA.
