Several new additions and refinements have been combined to make POP R2 a valuable step forward in helping to relieve dealers of the more labor intensive aspects of:

  • Maintaining up-to-date distributor pricing

The following is a list of updates included in POP R2:

  • Launch P.O. Processor from a Sales Order or a Purchase Order in e-automate to shop pricing and availability across your suppliers.
  • Use e-automate's Inventory Logistics Console & P.O. Processor together to streamline your purchasing.
  • A login form has been added for security purposes when starting the application stand-alone.
  • Multiple instances of the PO Processor may now be run simultaneously.
  • The configuration form has been upgraded to allow you to modify your own vendor settings and edit your Vendor Ship Method Mappings (used only by the PO Export Module).
  • The Ship To Warehouse is now decided by the Sales Order's overall warehouse instead of the order's first line item's warehouse.
  • The Ship To address can now be switched on the fly between the warehouse location and the ship to location.
  • Line items on Sales Orders now maintain their bins when being turned into Purchase Orders.
  • The PO Receiver now has the ability to add SO Shipments records on drop-ship orders.
