Learn to become an e-automate power-user the easy way

STEPS is a powerful tool to help e-automate users learn the in's and out's of their software. It includes over 300 searchable training topics with how-to instructions, videos, tips, tricks and related topics.

All you need to begin using STEPS is a valid user license and an internet connection. Once opened, the STEPS database can be searched by keywords. Related Topics are displayed and you can click through process-based tutorials that walk you through how to accomplish tasks in e-automate.


Context Sensitive

If you get stuck in the middle of a process while using e-automate, simply press the F1 key and e-automate will launch STEPS and automatically list the topics related to the process you were using.


Assessment Tools

STEPS includes assessment tools to test your knowledge of the software. These assessments can be used to help newly implemented companies quickly get up to speed and begin using e-automate with confidence. It can also help veteran users stay brushed up on their skills.

Because the information in STEPS is stored in an online server, it is always kept up to date with the latest information to help you sucessfully learn and use e-automate. Assessment modules are listed by topic and assessment questions are administered for each topic. If a question is answered incorrectly, links to where answers can be found are provided.
